- Ownership: You retain ownership of the files you upload. However, by uploading, you grant LAMP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute said content to the student community.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions to share any third-party materials.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using LAMP, you agree NOT to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or sexually explicit.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, clone, or copy the source code of the LAMP platform (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Use the platform to distribute malware, viruses, or spam.
- Harass, bully, or impersonate other students or administrators.
5. Educational Disclaimer
Use at your own risk. The materials on LAMP are provided for general educational purposes.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-uploaded notes.
- We are not responsible for any errors in the syllabus, exam schedules, or study materials provided.
- Your exam performance is solely your responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAMP and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or inability to access study materials.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, INDIA.
